I love creating. It shows up and re-introduces itself in so many ways in my life.

As I welcome another 'run around the sun', I am learning that helping myself and others to be present and bring movement into life through yoga/nidra and meditation are wonderful ways to share and connect and create.

I am also learning that we are all students and teachers in our lives.

 

As Buddha says;

"When the student is ready, the teacher will appear".

 

 

 

 

These are some of the creative outlets that help me to be in 

 this 'MOMENT' called life. I am grateful for them all.
